This policy explains what English Content Lab (operated by Pacific Network G.K., 2-2-5 Azabu-Juban, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0045, Japan, "we") collects when you use englishcontentlab.com/en and how we use it.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
To respond to you, run the call you booked, prepare a proposal, and deliver work you hire us for. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with third parties except the services named above and anything the law requires.
We are based in Japan. Information you send us may be stored on servers in Japan, the United States or the EU by the providers we use (Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Cal.com, Netlify).
Inquiry and booking details are kept for up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records for the length of the engagement plus the period Japanese tax and commercial law requires.
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing info@englishcontentlab.com. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have the additional rights those laws provide, and we will honor them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
