These terms cover the use of englishcontentlab.com/en and the services described on it. Signed project agreements take precedence over this page where they differ.
English Content Lab is a brand of Pacific Network G.K., a company registered in Japan at 2-2-5 Azabu-Juban, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0045, Japan.
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and may change. A price is only fixed once it is confirmed in a written quote or agreement. Reach, views and profile-visit figures on the site are estimates based on recent real posts. They are not guarantees, and results vary by creator, product and platform.
Work starts after payment is received unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Monthly plans are billed in advance. Three-month plans are billed per the agreement.
Japan Content: once paid for, delivered videos are yours to post on your own channels. Influencer Posts: the creator owns the post on their account; you may share and repost it. Running a creator's video as your own paid ad requires the usage-rights add-on.
You confirm that any product, brand name, logo or claim you give us to feature is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
You approve concepts or scripts before filming and the final video before delivery or posting. Japan Content plans include two rounds of revisions per video. Additional revisions may be charged.
Month-to-month plans can be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing date. Work already started is not refundable.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Tokyo.
